Q. How can you purchase through our webstore?


To make any orders, please follow the instructions below:-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on any items that you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add any other items onto your shopping cart or click “Checkout” to proceed to the payment fpage.
  3. You'll reach to a log in page where you will have to log in with your account using your account User ID and Password. If you do not have an account with us, you may register before proceeding to the checkout page.
  4. Please confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click the “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next, you will need to choose your payment method then click “next” again.
  7. Once you have go trhrough the steps before this. Please reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.


Q. What are the payment methods available?


www.lpstationery.com offers various kind of Payment Methods as shown below :-

Customers can pay directly here on our site, through Ipay88, which accepts:

All payments are securely processed through Ipay88, a reputable online merchant owned by Mobile88 (an MSC status company).

Note: Your purchase(s) will only be confirmed once we have successfully verify your payments.

 

Q. How can I change my personal account information and shipping address?

 

  • Log-in to your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account.

 

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill up your email address that you to registered with us the first time.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.



Q. Can I cancel an existing order?


Yes, if we haven't shipped out your order, a cancellation and refund is possible.
- Please send us an email to our customers service as soon as possible at [email protected]
 with the message title “Order Cancellation Request”.
- Any shipments that are already in transit or status changed to "shipped" will not be able to proceed with any cancellations.



Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?


Our cut off time for same day delivery is by 12pm. For orders placed after 12pm, it will be processed on the next day.
 

Delivery usually will take 2 to 5 working days (depends on locations).

Q. Do you provide self pick up from your store?

 

Yes! You can pick up from our store. After you made your purchase, kindly allow 2-3 working days for us to prepare your order. Please contact us before your collection. 

 

Currently, we provide two pick-up location: 

 

HQ: 3, Lorong Raja Hassan, 41400 Klang, Selangor

Branch: B2-2A-0, Lorong Nilam 3F, Bandar Bukit Tinggi, 41200 Klang, Selangor

 

Once you have selected the pick up location during check-out, it cannot be changed without prior notice from your side.
